My blogs

I have about two-and-a-half blogs that I use to spread my words and thoughts across the web (or at least will if I get a few spare seconds from teaching and research this semester):

Theoretical Practicalities

Note: Like the rest of this site, this blog is currently being hammered into existence, and does not have much of substance yet. As of September 2007, the blog has been nominally online for 8 months, but still without any content, so it is presently being taken offline. I hope to change this sometime in late 2007.
This is mainly a blog for airing thoughts on the world of theoretical physics, in particular the foundations of Quantum Mechanics, and other things vaguely related to my research. Being a man of broad horizons though (a handy euphemism for not knowing my limits), there will be stuff posted there about just about everything between heaven and earth that crosses my mind, most of it with a considerable geek-factor. Some of the content here is inspired by Matt Leifer’s blog Quantum Quandaries, which you will love if you like sensible musings on QM foundations.

Fjellfysiker

This is a blog in Norwegian, intended primarily to keep in touch with friends and family. Also open to any other Norwegian-speakers who want a peek at what I have to say about living in the U.S. but don’t want to tell the Americans.

Short news

This is the last half-blog, simply a collection of (very) short news to let friends, family ad acquaintances know where I am at the moment and what I am up to. Or for myself to remember where I have been and what I am doing (did I mention I can be absent-minded at times?)
